Recorder of Deeds Fee Schedule

The Juniata County Register and Recorder has many different roles which include the Recorder of Deeds, the Register of Wills and the Clerk of Orphans' Court.

The Recorder of Deeds office handles all transactions dealing with real estate. This includes the recording of deeds, mortgages, and various miscellaneous items, such as right of ways, easements, power of attorney, leases, UCC's (secured transactions), notary bonds, drafts of survey and subdivision plans, mortgage releases, satisfactions, postponements and assignments.

The INFOCON County Access System is a subscriber service that provides internet access to certain public records contained in participating County databases. This service provides convenient 24 hour access to public information.
