Register of Wills Fee Schedule

The Juniata County Register and Recorder has many different roles which include the Recorder of Deeds, the Register of Wills and the Clerk of Orphans' Court.

The Register of Wills office probates the wills of all decedents and issues letters of administration and testamentary in each estate. The Register also works as the Agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in collecting all inheritance tax and various fees relating to each estate.

The INFOCON County Access System is a subscriber service that provides internet access to certain public records contained in participating County databases. This service provides convenient 24 hour access to public information.
